Odd problem when member tries to post/reply

One of my members sent me this email today. The install is quite new, but no-one else has been getting this problem. It's RN 2.3, with RavenIce theme default. Members can't change the theme from default. No mods installed.

Thanks I've reuploaded the file and hopefully that will solve the issue.

Any idea why it affected only one user?

Do you have multiple themes active and this one isn't one of the default themes from RN 2.3.0? Without looking, not sure if that particular one is required all the time or maybe only this user is trying to access the attachments feature.

No I only have one theme active as default, I've set it so users can't change the theme (Ravenice which was in the RN 2.3 download). The user is trying to post or clicking on a link to read a thread, when the error message appears. She doesnt get as far as posting or attaching anything to a post.

Its weird because no-one else is having this problem on the site, just the one user.

That is weird. Not sure why. Is that one user affected even after you re-uploaded the RavenIce theme from the distro?

I only uploaded the posting_attach_body.tpl file. She seems ok now getting on, I told her to empty her cache and delete the cookies for the site as well.

Thanks for your help on this. It was worrying me for a time. Trouble is when someone's having probs they dont explain properly the problems they get so its like asking for help with second hand details lol
