When the account "change info" is updated in the YA module, the avatar is deleted.

Are you linking to an off site avatar or using one for a gallery?

I would assume off site, but just making sure.

There is definably a problem with avatars. I am looking at it now.

I tried it with an uploaded avatar. Anyway, I see you managed to reproduce this problem.
