Hi
Just reformatted my laptop... can login to my admin and forum on my desktop but have found I can only log in to admin and NOT the forum on my laptop!
WIERD Keeps asking me to delete cookies and when I do it still keeps me out, well I can log in again and it takes me to my start page but know Im not logged in as my profile/message images are not above my info.
Does anyone have a suggestion on this as I dont want to get off of one machine just to log in on another. All suggestions/help is more than appreciated |

What browser are you using and have you tried more than one?
Running different security software on your laptop than on your desktop?
You mentioned you cleared cookies, did you clear the browser cache? |

Hi Spaz
Am running IE6 same as desktop and all settings are the same on both, cleared the browser cache? Never had to do that before... lmao dont even know how as all my systems have always run correctly (till now)
I even tried to log in in another account and same thing, no go into the forum.... Spaz, I do everything but never ever had to clear cache, dont laugh as dont know how... back to the old thing, nothing wrong so havent had to follow it up, know what I mean?
Hear from you soon:) |

Perhaps your Forums Configuration cookie settings are incorrect |

Mozilla Firefox is a much better browser, I would download and give it a try. If that doesn't fix it i would search this site for "forums cookie settings" as evaders mentioned. |

Hi spaz & evaders!
Still cannot get in, emptied the cache etc and still no luck getting into the forum itself!
Would think if can get into admin then I can get into the forums huh? Ill check to see if I can find the config in here, just hope I can and it sorts out the problem... anyone that can help I would appreciate it as am getting sick of going from laptop to desktop! |

Would suggest trying
Cookie domain: .globaldartsforum.com
(Period in front of globaldartsforum is intentional)
That site isn't loading for me, so can't test it right now |
