Change Server Date/Time on Site Info Block?

Is there a way to change the server date/time on the site user block that comes with RN 2.30.01?

It reads CST (GMT -6) but I am in EST. Is that because the host is in CST time? Is there a way to change this? If not can I make it so the time does not show?

Corrct, it is the server time. There probably is a way to change it in that block... there isn't a site-wide change though Sad
