can not see admin modules and block

Someone please help me, i am driving myself mad, as for days now i can not access my website admin properly.

Once i've logged in the sentinal login box, all i see is a few main modules; no admin modules, no admin block, and your account link shows but no image.

Could someone please advice me to a solution, so i may see my admin.php area as it should be, it would truely be appreciated, as all files are within my file directory, and it appears all db tables are there, so i can not understand why i can not see everything correctly.

Your admin account may be messed up. Check in your authors table and make sure you are set to superadmin

aid correct, name = god, email address correct, counter = 2, radminsuper = 1.

Seems correct does it? As i'm puzzled as to what's the problem.
