Anyone seen something like this for PHP-Nuke / RavenNuke?

Any idea how to convert it?

Plexus Contents Gallery is more or less matured one. It is very fine and well-organized contents presentation tool.

There are two good news and bad news about this.

Bad news is that they ported it as a plug-in MOD for Word Press (this is a light CMS not for community-based CMS). They stopped developing Contents Gallery as a stand-alone script software.

Good news is that some intrigued phpnuke dev. group collected good Plug-in MOD (of course, not for phpnuke) and this is one of their near-feature MODs to port into phpnuke. I know their progress but I have nothing to say at this moment.

Anyways, there are one team to work on this to port PHP-NUKE as a module.

Thanks for the reply. Does anyone know of anything similar that is free, perhaps written in CSS that could be set up? Dynamic Drive has one but it's pretty cheap.

highslide JS has a pretty cool in-page slideshow which could function as a content slider

and if you are speaking of the featured content slider at dynamic drive, their examples don't really do it justice... pretty easy to use and re-theme via css

i believe both are compliant, and seo friendly.... and who knows, maybe RavenNuke will incorporate some sort of ajax / jquery content slider in a future release?? Very Happy

I used the dynamic drive script some time ago for the featured downloads block on nukeSEO.com, and didn't really scratch the surface of its full potential.

However, several have been testing a lightbox script that is integrated with nukeWYSIWYG / FCKeditor - it's quite possible we could do something like that for featured content, too.
