Working on the modal popups that will be integrated (e.g. login, search, and SEO dynamic title, meta tag overrides) right now. Remember that the initial version is intended to support nukeSEO DH, and won't have all the bells and whistles (i.e. flexibility, configuration) that a future version will have.

are copyright windows included in your modal popups work??? that will also be very nice.

Not as part of nukeNAV(tm). But it might be a nice RavenNuke tweak...
