disable COPPA?

Does anyone know how to disable the COPPA thing?

Unless there is some legal problem with doing so?

If so, why isn't going through COPPA a part of the default procedure in Your_Account?

Because FB, as usual, cares less about substance; he thrives on symbolism, i.e. bells and whistles. The same reason he has NEVER focused on security; he thrives on useless add-ons.
