hi guys currently i run pnphnuke7.3

but relly want to updgrade to to raven nuke can this be done and keep all my posts from my forums and my users info ie users table ??

You will not loose your users or posts.
Please read the upgrade instructions at: http://www.ravennuke.com/HowToInstall/

There are also entries within the forum about a local test installation with Xampp. So just use the search and whatever you do make always backups.
