hi I can't figure out why I can't recieve email confirmation

I use PHP-NUKE 8.1 BTW

A lot of free web servers do not support PHP mail() function which is used by phpnuke. You may have to use something like TegoNuke(tm) mailer to be able to send email SMTP. Check with exofire.net and see if they support the PHP mail() function.
