At the moment I have this at the top AND bottom of my main homepage showing news:

How do I make it so it only shows up at the bottom?

Have a look at Pagination Control in the rnconfig.php file.

I KNEW it would be something simple like that.. I think I scanned every file OTHER than the one you suggested.

No you would need to modify the code.
