Prayer Request concerning my mother

We found out today that my 84 year old mother has 2 malignant tumors on her liver. One large and one small. They are inoperable and she is not a candidate form chemo. In addition she has dementia/ALZ, is bleeding internally and they have moved her to the CCU because of her blood pressure. It does not look goo but she's in good spirits, mostly I believe because she's not able to comprehend the gravity of the situation. I know I will be going back for an indefinite time but I am waitin to have some more questions answered.

Thanks to all. Just got the liver biopsy back - it confirms all the Doctors' diagnosis. We're leaving for Indiana in about 10 minutes.

Today, Wednesday, November 4, 2009, we moved my mother to a hospice facility - the same one my father was in in 2004. This is all happening way too fast. Please continue to pray. This is the second night in a row that I have spent the night in her room with her so she would wake up in unfamiliar surroundings but have someone she knows with her. This facility only accepts terminal patients with weeks to live so we have another sobering fact to deal with.
