Actually there are probably many out there. This one was playing on the "fear" factor generated by the news over this past year.

I had new version of a phish from Bank of America (which did not have any of the typical errors) and sent them a copy.. They confirmed that it was a fake and was going to go after and shutdown that site. I did not think about posting here at the time.
