White page- help please

I've recently noticed that some new people cannot log into my ravensnuke front page or my smf forum.
They sign in and it takes them to a white page , once they are there and close IE etc it then doesn't allow them to see either the home page or front page.
It does show their name on the SMF forum to say they are looking around, but all they see is a white page. They see a white page on the Ravensnuke as well.
We have checked with our host and that is not the problem.
Have you any ideas, please.

I would turn on error reporting in config.php or look at your server error logs. If this just started happening out of nowhere I'd suspect it would have something to do with your hosting configuration changing. You have posted in the Raven Web Hosting forum, are you a client?

many thanks, I am sorry to have bothered you.
I added a pop up for notification of pm's and it seemed to have caused the problem.
I apologise again, but your help was appreciated.
