Question for you... how are you going to force someone to use their real name?

Or are you asking for an "input" field for the real name alongside a username?

I.e. The way you're asking this... it's as if you want them to use a real name instead of a fake name. There is no way to "make" anyone do anything they don't want to. The can fill in the field with "Scooby Doo" if they felt like it.

I had to explain to the owner of this company I work for that I can put all the validation in the world on our forms... I can't make the users put "correct" information into them. They just loveee to put w/e just to bypass the validation.

It's fresh on my mind Cheers

A was just asking if there was a way to do this but I guess not do to people think the wrong things.

The area to put your name is only Real Name: is only (optional)

But I would like to make it as Real Name: (required) is there a way to do this?

Ahh... now it makes sense. Wink

What sort of validation does SamNuke use?

I looked at their website and it "appears" that it's dieing out or at the very least that they don't have time to support it and are looking to remodel it. Maybe a switch to Ravennuke(tm) is in order? Wink

RavenNuke uses jQuery validation and PHP to require the real name. This is optional and can be configured in the Edit Users function on the Default Fields tab.
