Checking IP Shows Not Found

I have Arin set as the IP lookup. Whenever I click on an IP in, for example, the Tracked IP page, I get this error:

Doesn't matter the IP, it's all of them and from any page that is using Arin.

And in the URL Address window:

It's broken.
ARIN has completely changed not just the lookup parameters but the address as well. They are no longer using the same code they once did and appear to be using a Restful service.
More and more lookup services are changing and many now require either payment or registration.
Here is one that still works;
http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/YOUR_IP

Oh, the code for the selection form is in admin/modules/nukesentinel/ABMain.php
and the look up code is executed in includes/nukesentinel.php

Getting flakey at best, now, without changing anything, I get:
