I don't know how much longer I will be able to support RN. I have been diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation. If it isn't under control in 30 days, I will loose my CDL and won't be able to drive truck. I don't have disability insurance. I would be forced to "retire" since the Dr says to cease strenuous activity until the AF is under control. I have an appointment with a cardiologist June 8. Prayers would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about this and I hope for a positive resolution. Try and stay positive as there are many possible causes, some of which are completely reversible.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am hoping for a treatment that will allow me to keep my DOT card so I can continue to make the big bucks (for a truck driver, that is).

Passed my DOT physical. God willing, one more year of working.

Great news! I wish you the best. For what I was reading about it is good to walk some kilometers everyday. It helps maintain your heart in good shape. I also notice when when I don't do any sport for one month my health condition is not the same when I use to play baseball, basketball, ping pong or some biking.
