Captcha and Advertising

Thought this was an interesting alternative to captcha security codes that also generates revenue. You should see an example "Sponsored CAPTCHA" on their signup page.

I don't mind watching a 10 second ad to get a code. I usually spend that long trying to figure out if a certain character is an "O" or a "Q", lol. Just curious what others thought about it in general.

I've seen this used on tinypic.com. Very interesting idea.

I'm a bit curious to how the advertising scheme is setup. Just by reading their "help" page... it didn't really clarify the payouts etc.

This could be a great way to monetize forms etc.

I would hope you can, as a site owner, pick-and-choose the categories of ads. I just cringe at the thought of a porn site ad getting through... even by accident on the part of the ad provider.
