Linguistic
"Rate to Any Download" Is this correct , translated it means something very different.

I would like to add some modifications to some core language files and would like your input on some english sentences.

Furthermore , I just finished translating the french version of admin\language\lang-french.php.

Here is a copy of it , .zip

Wouldn't you say now instead of "Rate to Any Download" ->"Rate a download"

I know this sounds unsignificant to some here , but i intend to use Ravenuke as a base for an intranet portal.

no more attachment in raven's? (or my mind is playing tricks??)

You might say "Rate this download" but "Rate a download" is better than "Rate to Any Download"

I don't remember Raven enabling attachments here.

Thats what i thought Very Happy
Code:
define('_POINTS15','Rate to any WebLink');

define('_POINTS16','Comment to any WebLink');
define('_POINTS17','Download of a File');
define('_POINTS18','Rate to any Download');
define('_POINTS19','Comment to any Download');

changes to

Code:

define('_POINTS15','Rate from a WebLink');
define('_POINTS16','Comment from a WebLink');
define('_POINTS17','Download of a File');
define('_POINTS18','Rate from a Download');
define('_POINTS19','Comment from a Download');

Would that be correct , or is the original one better?[/code]

I also would like to know if using
Code:
define('_CHARSET','ISO-8859-1');
which is default to lang-french.php
would allow me to use accent in the code and not convert it to ansi (utf-Cool?

I would use:

Rate a web link
Comment on a weblink
Download a file
Rate a download
Comment on a download

I believe you can use French, Spanish and German accented characters with ISO-8859-1, but I'm not sure.
