When I switch over to a different language via the default language block that came pre-packaged with Raven, the News posts on the home page do not display, but when in English they show, any ideas?

Make sure the stories have "all" selected from the language drop down menu if you want them to be visible to all languages. By default, the default language is selected for the stories.
