SEO indexing question

Hi,

Is it possible to stop search engines from indexing SPECIFIC web pages in modules on my site or even prevent a whole module pages from being indexed and if so, how would I do this? I've looked through the forum but didn't find the answer.

Nope, this is impossible. You can only set a module for users, for admins or for all. If you have set a module for all, then are all module pages public.

You could potentially put some lines in robots.txt to exclude. That would only work for search engines that obey that (any reputable one does). This is probably the best you're going to get as to programmatically do this, could be quite complex and a maintenance nightmare.
