How could I disable warnings?

I eliminated an admin user in Admins and NukeSentinel in one site, but I continue receiving the warning messages about blocked users.

I have NukeSentinel™ 2.6.03

How could I disable those warnings to my email?

Without more details no one can't know which warning you mean...
Is the IP in the email the ip of the deleted admin user?

1) I receive about 50 or more emails per day showing different IP blocked.

2) The point is that I deleted my admin name, email, etc but Sentinel keeps sending emails. Sample

Go to the NukeSentinel Blocker Configuration menu and change the dropdown menu of the different blocker settings to not email. You could also go into the NukeSentinel general settings and remove your email address from it.
