Adding Korean to RN

Greetings All,

If I wanted to add the Korean language to RN what if anything would I have to do other than create a lang-korean.php file for each directory in languages. I have discovered that one can post Korean to the news and to the forums including forum and topic creation in Korean and all works unbelievably well.
When I test a lang-korean.php file in html/languages/ all is not so well. It keeps telling me to use UTF-8 encoding.

did not work as it did before. My lang-korean.php file is a small mod of lang-english.php I can get the Korean to appear everywhere but where I have to code it. So far nothing I have tried has worked. I couldn’t find a reference here or at php.net on getting Korean to display as I want and I am certain it can be done. Suggestions?

If you are changing in 25x the charset, you must do changes on many other places, because 25x is not full UTF-8 supported. The filterings can be very different from module to module. The results of that could be some mismatches in the database. Also you should have UTF-8 database collation. A mix of a UTF-8 charset and a latin database will not work. You would get some other issues.
