Who are those people online? Are they really online? Is it maybe just a spider or spam?
How can I know?

Well ,there are different ways to find out who those online visitors are.
1. Tracked IPs in NukeSentinel
2. Block Who is where
3. Nuke_session table in the database.
4. Users block my block has another title but I guess its somewhere the same login block where you can see all online members and possible where they are.

All other visitors are possible bots from search engines like Yahoo, Google etc.
Just check your logfiles from one day and you know more about your visitors.
