Use WinRAR.
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
WinRAR 3.30 Trial should do you for now.
Have you tried drag and drop with your current WinZIP? WinZIP is suppose to be able to handle .tar files. |

I know you'll think I'm stoopid, but I dont feel confident at all with anything other than zip files.
I just unzip them to a new folder on my puter then upload them to the server.

Boy I feel really stoooooopid now. I've just done it with Winzip lol

Sentinel's all installed now hehehe Fankoo Ganga.
I'll take a peek at WinRAR tho.
BT are looking into the possibility of taking the DACS off my line (shared line) but if they dont have enough cables I gotta put up with having a slow connection, and no sign of Broadband til well past July 2005 here |

You come to appreciate the tar.gz files on dialup they are usually considerably more compressed then zip files. |

Don't feel bad, I use to be uneasy about anything but zip files until I learned how tar.gz's are made. It's a better compression system to make the downloads much smaller |
