I'm looking for an advertising addon that allows for rotation of ads, ( a little like on this site), basically so say all clients could share the rotation of ads.

I don't want it so it can be placed anywhere, just in the header and footer is fine.

It also needs to have paypal integration.

any recommendations.

I think NSN Banners and NSN Paypal do this? (Not certain) You may want to check over at http://www.nukescripts.net.
