Country Listing

Hi, I installed NS version 2.5.00, anyway, I was setting up configurations and accidently banned myself to the point of having an invalid IP, It took me a second to figure out how to fix it and I was able to do so by emptying the nuke_nsnst_countries table, which leads me to this:

There are currently no Countries in the database
I tried using another table to fix it, (nuke_nsnst_countries) same version, or so I thought anyway but nothing is fixing and in the database it gives me an error. Any ideas on how to get the country list back? Thanks kindly.

Well I think maybe you need to install the IP2Countries data

Where do I find that? Is it a file or something, I did not see it in the package I have of nuke senitinal.
