Module Headers?

Hey there,

I'm wondering if it's possible to insert a graphical header at the top of a module. Foe example, I don't have news in my home, I link to it. When the articles come up, I'm wanting to have a header at the top that says NEWS. So far my attempts have resulted in it being repeated for every article. Can it be done?

Something like
if ( name == "News" ) {
echo "What ever you want here";
}
