Error when updating Sentinel config admin...please help

Hi

I just installed Sentinel with phpnuke7.4 and when I went to update the configs in the Nuke Sentinel Administration it gives out error. Well the errors shows as soon as I hit "Save Changes" button. Below is the error I am getting.
