Did you CHMOD 666 .htaccess and enter its location into the Sentinel config?

What did they get banned for? Are you sure you didn't just have it set to not ban and only email you but not ban?

Make sure you have enabled 'write to .htaccess' enabled in each blocker setting.

Yes I tried it with and with out .htaccess making sure to CHMOD it to 666 on the occasions I specified it to use .htaccess

On a side note I turned off everythingand seem to be blocked from using java. Something I edited to be allowed and need to find a way around...

If .htaccess doesn't seem to work try using the full server path to .htaccess

Yeah script tags are blocked both by Nuke Sentinel and phpnuke mainfile.php If your putting it into blocks its easiest/safest to hard code blocknewblock.php files rather then use the custom block creator.

Another thing to check, make sure you have at least one blank line at the end of your .htaccess file, or Sentinel will not be able to write to it

No I use java in content. I had it edited So I could use java with out any problems. Sentinels not allowing me now so Ive been having to do through the database. Its annoying to have to use the database each time I want to make changes but the main concern is none of my other admins can make changes or make new pages to contain or will contain java. which means more work for me :p

I can't figure out why its banning but not actually banning. Ive gone over the install about a dozen times and can't seem to find anything I may have missed. Any other ideas?
