Trouble with download section

I just went to test my downloads and some reason after filling out the code and clicking on fetch its sending me to fetch.php url blank page
in the Page URL box i have it as http://downloads/filefoldername/file.zip
i even tried it with my full addy without the http:// and still nothing send me to fetch.php and that file fetch is in my root dir, any suggestions?

Should be http://yoursite.com/downloads/file.zip

And double check your installation of fetchmod.

Thanks working now added url, yesterday it seemed to work without my url in the box guess it was just from the cookies when i was installing and uploading everything?
