Moving 6.5 to 7.3

I just finished an installaton of nuke 7.3, forums version 2.08 with your 2.5 patch. I wish to move my users from another site and intend to copy over the user, forums and weblinks tables to the new site via mysql.

FYI the other site is nuke 6.5, forums version 2.06 and the last patches installed there were the Sec Patch 3 and Service Pack 8-14-03.

My thought is once I have transferred the database information I will need to run the upgrade files from 6.5 in succession to 7.3. Is that correct?

Correct. Then you will have to copy all files over and then make any customizations to the new files.
