This has likely been discussed but I'm going to ask anyways.
I have played with almost every nuke variant I have found and (other than phpnuke of course) I have come to like MD-Pro for a few of it's features. One thing I really like is when an admin logs in they do not need to log in twice to inherit admin priv's. I realize it might have the potential to be a security risk and that the accounts are held in 2 different tables in phpnuke but it sure would be nice to be able to log in just once. Has anyone played with this idea before? I was thinking of coding a login block that simply forwarded the same credentials to the admin.php page and let whatever security is in place take over. As long as the usernames and passwords are the same, it should work. Thoughts?

That should work. You should be able to just add your logic to the back of the admin login code.
