I am using Sentinel on my account... is this hacker attempt script something that can/should be used in addition to Sentinel?

The Hack Alert script was a protection script that has been incorporated into NukeSentinel™.

That is correct. However, I am revising and upgrading this script for those who do not or cannot use NukeSentinel.
