txt files safe? Not

I'm a little slow to catch on to things sometimes. I knew we could include php and other scripting in a txt. But I didn't realize that if you put the regular head and body tags into text file the html will be rendered in the browser. I'm sure it depends on what mime types are installed but....

Anyway its something to consider when setting up file uploads that txt files aren't always innocent and benign.
