Last 5 Articles Block. Opens to bottom of page?

Hi.

I like your Center block that displays the last 10 articles.

However, it is supposed to open at the bottom of the page?
(Open to last article)

Or can it open to the Top?

I have the same block installed on my page.

Its the same for everyone.
So far only one complaint on this issue.

I find my self reading backwards.

Do you mean the Recent Posts block? If by opening at the bottom of the page you mean it scrolls down to the last post, then yes, that is correct. If you notice when you click the folder icon, it positions itself to the last posted article, by design. You also see the anchor number in the url.
