DUH me! I forgot my password

Had to do a format and i forgot my password to log in, in the admin area i know my username but not the pass well i think its it but its not taking can i look in Myadminphp area for it?

You will have to edit it in the database, look for your nick in the authors table and click edit, enter your desired pass, in the function dropdown window select MD5 and click Go
