I found a mod for phpbb that does this to all the emails in a post. I updated to work with nuke and updated the matching expression.

It take You@you.com and make you [at] you [dot] com and using javascript to still make it clickable without using the "mailto:". It even works for email address in the [ email ] [ /email ] bbcode tags.
