Yes. It's attention deficit disorder and is real. Research it on the Internet. if you do have it, get treatment. |

well hell I'm better off than that, go look up Aspergers and you will see what I have. Mind you I am not affected in a major way by it because its different in every person, but I do have some quirks. |

I don't think that ADD is real at all.
They said I had that as a child and use scare tactics on my parents tricking them into giving me pretty hard drugs.
Most doctors get pretty good kick backs from the drug industry.
It’s all a bunch of BS. If you have issues, you can make good use from regular exercise.
I guess jogging is pretty popular because you don’t need very much gear.
I’m setting up a jogging Nuke page for a friend.
Unless you think you need chemical restraints?
Make sure you get a second opinion! Make sure you learn about possible heart and health risks of taking weird chemicals.
I guarantee you I was most definitely not a little darling as a young pup!
I think back on the experience and consider it child abuse to give children drugs.
*I was looking on the internet about reports out that there using scare tactics to push drugs on adults more and more for all manner of weird things* Some are getting an official *Black list mark from the FDA linking with possible depression and suicide.
But always get a second opinion and think about a holistic approach before you start putting chemicals in your body.
Cheers!

We aren't like that here if this is your experience and opinion feel free to express it. Just don't be intimidated if someone else disagrees or chooses to argue specifics. |

add and adhd are VERY real. If you have ever had a child or loved one with this affliction you would never say that it is bs. It is a terrible condition which effects a childs self esteem as well as their socialization. It is the most painful thing to see someone that you love fall ill to this affliction. They are no longer in control of themselves and they are in a constant state of panic over it.
Imagine if you could not concentrate on a task for more then 1 min at a time or sometimes less. It would drive you mad. If you felt like your body and mind were no longer in your control. Imagine that everyone you love and deal with on a daily basis is yelling at you or punishing you for the things you do. You have no way to stop it no matter how much you wish you could just "sit still" again. You are the odd ball in school or at any public event. You are no longer welcome to join in with the other kids because you are different. You whole world has changed and you are powerless to do anything about it because you are not in control of your own actions anymore.
Imagine the feelings of self disgust a person effected with this feels. The fact that they were a seemingly calm child who was well liked and loved. Then to see that almost overnight everything that they do is wrong. I do not belive that anyone with a heart or a rational thought would say that is BS! It is a sad illness which is sometimes misdiagnosed and/or mistreated.
I hope that one day no one has to suffer through this. It is painful for the individual and the ones who love that person. The illness effects both children and adults. As an adult it would be even more painful as it will effect your ability to maintain a job , dignity, and respect of others. I hope that you seek treatment for this right away. With PROPER treatment you can once again live a "normal" life and I hope find some peace of mind.
Good Luck |

whats worse is when a child is mis-diagnosed with add or adhd and they have aspergers, so just because you think a child has add or adhd it could be aspergers. on average 1 out of 111 children have aspergers or autistic spectrum disorders. and in one state because of their programs and testing they have found 1 out of 32.
Oregon 1 in every 32
http://www.bbbautism.com/autism_rates_1999.htm
Investigation into ADD and ADHD could lead to a more common diagnosis of aspergers or other high functioning autism/ autistic spectrum disorders. and if you think all autism is hitting you head against a wall with a helmet your dead wrong.
look up Dr. Aspergers on google. |
