I modified the theme.php file and messup my site

Hi,

I was modifying the theme.php file, I uploaded it and try to see my site and what I got was a blank page.
I know that this happened because I mess up the theme.php file, the question is how can fix it? even though I fixed the file the site doesn't show up whatsoever.

You can use this tool to change it back to one of the default themes if your not comfortable with using PHPMYADMIN to do it.

Well i didn't say that I'm not happy wit phpmyadmin, the thing is that what can I do with the phpmyadmin?, or which table do I have to modified?, o what I need to do? to make it work again.
