Virus Alert on my site?

Today I started having a problem with my site with any pages running under http://www.rovworld.com/phpnuke/

Going to my gateway page at http://www.rovworld.com does not cause a problem.

I was advised by one of my members:

I'm running McAfee Virusscan Pro 8 with the latest virus definitions.
The name of the virus or trojan is Exploit-MhtRedir.gen
There also appears a small popup window in the left upper corner of my screen.
The alert appears for every page of the website.

Then another member contacted me to say they were having a similar problem.

I can't see why we should be having this problem all of a sudden. We have not loaded any files up to the server recently and, via Cute FTP, I cannot see any files that have been uploaded or changed showing a new date/time stamp in the server.

Using IE 6.x a window pops up to the top left of the screen and until I close the popup the page freezes.

In IE.
If I close the small pop up any page functions as it should until the page reloads. Then the pop up reappears.

Using FireFox V1.0 this problem doesn't happen at all.

No mods have been made to the site for a while now...

I have contacted my ISP about this...

In the meantime.....Any ideas?
