Right now I am running Nuke 7.5 and Sentinel 2.0.2.

Would everything go smoothly upgrading to 7.6? Would I need to update Sentinel?

Is it worth updating to Nuke 7.6?

NukeSentinel, absolutely! Upgrade to to 2.1.0 and then 2.1.1 or just delete v2.0.2 and install a fresh 2.1.1. If you have Chat's 2.7patched on your 7.5, don't bother upgrading to 7.6.
