SQL syntax error ... :)

Hye, i'm using phpnuke 7.X and i've a problem about sql error.

This error appear at my index :

mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/musleem/public_html/includes/sql_layer.php on line 287

So i put the code at the below line 287 :
