Hello again

I havent been around for a few weeks.

My husband had to go into hospital to have a hip replacement and just came home last week, and I've been very ill with my throat problem. At last i'm having an Xray next week and then they will know what the problem is and treat it accordingly. 2 weeks ago I thought I had an abcess under my bottom teeth and after a visit to the dentist was told my teeth are perfect and it's all to do with my throat problem.

Now I have a bad cold.

I've had a series of misfortunes, first my fridge/freezer broke down and I had to get another one, then the family car's hydraulic suspension busted, so that's waiting to be fixed, and today my Mini broke down. My foot slipped off the clutch and I think I've broken the clutch plate, as it won't move now when it's in gear. Sad

I'm not sure theres much more can go wrong to be honest. But at least I can spend more time online.

I was feeling pretty sorry for myself today, but then thought of all the things I can be thankful for and that there is probably someone much worse off than myself.

Seems to go in cycles like that for us too. We're either flying high and living good or rolling around in the pits unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Lately there is a spark of light there again!

Thanks both. I sure need all the prayer power you can muster.

At last my husband's medication for his skitzophrenia (sp?) is just about right, so that's one worry less.

We've had so much bad luck the last few years it has to changed soon surely? lol
