some errors / fresh install /7.6 2.7

Hello

i try to install 7.6 to my test site but had these errors

my mainfile 196 is

include("language/lang-".$language.".php");

Warning: head(themes//theme.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bla/public_html/header.php on line 31

Warning: head(): Failed opening 'themes//theme.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/bla/public_html/header.php on line 31

my header php 31 is

include("themes/$ThemeSel/theme.php");

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: themeheader() in /home/bla/public_html/header.php on line 51

my header.php 51 is
themeheader();

* i check server for lang english file it is there and my main theme is there too
* this was a fresh install
* i download this from bobs nsn which including 2.7 ready
* i delete all lang files except english before upload server
* i delete all themes except deep blue before upload server

Did you leave the DeepBlue theme in your theme folder?

yes Gaylen i only have deep blue theme
i always delete lang files and themes till i started nuke they was all workin Sad

The other usual cause is that your MySQL settings are not correct in config.php

i did check the config.php everything was fine ( even that i recreated new database and user 2 more times for make it sure ) but after i see i suck at new php my admin when installing database Embarassed

its all done now
