Logo, banners, buttons help needed.

Hey all,

I need help with a banner for my site http://www.ouaganet.com/. It is an educational site about a country, Burkina Faso, from West Africa. Here is the logo I am using:
For OuagaNet.com

The banner text Should read:

Visit Ouaganet.com a cultural and discussion site about Burkina Faso.
Forums. Articles. Photos. Videos. Reviews. Tales and Proverbs.

If possible, I would like the first line of text to alternate with the French equivalent:
Visitez Ouaganet.com a un site culturel et de diiscussion sur le Burkina Faso.
Forums. Articles. Photos. Videos. Revues. Contes et Proverbes.

I would also like a small button to use in the partner section of this site. It Should read:
OuagaNet.com
A site about Burkina Faso.
I am partial to rainbow colors or just green, yellow and red.

Have you tried downloading Paint Shop Pro trial. You get 30 days before you have to pay for it. If you only need one banner making it would be ideal to use.

Thanks for the suggestion. The problem is that I do not have an artistic mind. I cannot create anything graphically that looks good, EXCEPT plot mathematical functions, statistical graphs and charts ....
