Does it say Apache or CGI |

No. A 'handler' associates a file type with an application. With a handler, you could add an extention of ring_c to all your files (config.ring_c) and then tell the handler to actually run that as if it were config.php |

It's only now that I've noticed this message.
Anyway, it says CGI. now, what does that tell me? |

Verify with your host that mod_rewrite is installed. |

LOL Was checking out the cool rewrite rules...
This is what I do, I send it right back to where it came from...
Code:
RewriteRule .* http://%{REMOTE_ADDR}/ [R,L]
