The install instructions state to add this line to header.php, this causes the new "Site Disabled" image to be very distorted.
Code:
echo "<center><img src='images/nukesentinel/disabled.png' border='0' width='200' height='20'></center><br />\n";


The code should be this instead...
Code:
echo "<center><img src='images/nukesentinel/disabled.png' border='0' width='120' height='34'></center><br />\n";
