IP Addresses backwards in 2.3.1?

I'm in admin panel, and then NukeSentinel.

I choose Country to IP and a listing...

IP Ranges Backwards: e.g., 192.168.0.1 shows as 1.0.168.192

Blocked IPs:

IP's Blocked displays correctly: e.g., 192.168.0.1

Tracked IPs:

Tracked IP's display correctly: e.g., 192.168.0.1 (althrough country is missing for US IPs other than 64.xxx.xxx.xxx and 63.xxx.xxx.xxx

Hence why I looked at Country to IP.

Protected Ranges: When it starts with no IPs, I add 120.30.52.12 as MIT's W3C Validator (else you can't validate your HTML because it will be banned as harvest).

But imputting the range in order (e.g., 120 30 52 13) put it in backwards...I edited and entered it backwards (e.g., 13 52 30 120) and it set correctly.

$xip_hi = implode(".", $xip_hi);

This is the way it puts the 4 octets together into a dotted format. Do you have anything on your site that would be reversing inputs? Does it do this in the Search IP option?

Search is working correctly.

So is (now that I've upgraded to 7.7. 2.9 and Sentinel 2.3.2) Protected ranges.
