Wanted to hire.....

Hello all. I am still a newbie to the whole PhP Nuke stuff. I currently have been running a website that has 7.1, and I want to upgrade to 7.5 or 7.6.

I have tried to do several different things, but always seem to screw it up in one fashion or another, and have to go back and change it once again.

I would like to add a couple of new blocks to this as well. I would like to keep my forums, users, and all of the posts. I don't know what process it entails, but I would be willing to do my share with the proper help.
